Web Site Process

Step One: The Strategy
Before any work is started we meet with the client to get to know their company, their ideas and their customers. This meeting(s) allows us to get an idea of our clients needs and their marketing style.

Step Two: Design
One to two weeks after stage one is completed, we submit to the client a draft of the site template, available both online and in print. We get the clients feedback about their likes and dislikes of the template, and make changes as specified. During this stage, nothing is final until the client signs off on it.

Step Three: Content
Once the site template is completed and approved, the page begins to take form. Text, pictures, forms, files, and other items are added to the site during this state. We keep the client involved and aware of how the site is taking shape during this process. At the end of this step the site will be complete.

Final Step: Delivery
We have a walk through with the client and have them verify that the content is correct and up-to-date. The site is then placed online and registered with all of the major search engines. We also discuss with the client their custom maintenance plan.
